Spaghetti Bolognese with Mushrooms

There are so many kinds of pasta. And what I feel is the most well known pasta is the spaghetti bolognese. With red sauce ready to stain your lips (even your attire) while you slurp each strand of noodle down. What has originated from Italy has captured the hearts of many, despite it being messy. I simply love twirling my spaghetti with a fork as dainty as possible.
This spaghetti bolognese we cooked up one afternoon is quite an easy dish to make since you can always easily altar it on the spot to suit your taste. Just sautee garlic and onions in some olive oil, then sautee the mushrooms. Followed by the minced beef, a dash of sugar, salt and pepper of course not forgetting Italian herbs, fresh tomatoes and finally a  tomato puree of your choice! (Prego, if you'd ask me) From then on, it's just adding adjusting the sauce according to your liking by adding pepper, herbs and what not!
Godere gli spaghetti alla bolognese!
Enjoy your spaghetti bolognese! (:
