Pan Fried Chicken Breast with a Mushroom Cream Sauce

Everyone needs one recipe they can fall back on when in a rush. Especially when you're studying and working late nights. This is one of our easy recipes to fall back on, pan fried chicken breast with a mushroom cream sauce.

To make the chicken, just season the chicken with salt and some black pepper. Put a sprig of rosemary into the oil to flavour the oil, then fry the chicken skin face down till golden brown then flip it over and cook till its brown. But do watch out for splattering oil when you put the rosemary into the oil. Let the meat rest while you make the cream sauce.
To make the cream sauce, saute some onions, garlic and mushrooms and put them aside. Then make a rue with equal parts butter and flour. Cook the rue out then slowly add some milk and stir continuously. When you've reached the consistency that you like, add the sauteed mushrooms, garlic and onions. Season the sauce with some salt and pepper and there you have it! A simple recipe for a simple meal.
You can eat this with some toasted bread or salad to keep it healthy. Enjoy!
