Garlic Thyme Bread

Garlic bread is always a necessity for a night of barbecue -well, at least I think so! Toasted Garlic Thyme Bread for a barbecue is easy and pretty quick.

  • 3 cloves of galic
  • Few sprigs of thyme
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt to taste
  1. Mince the garlic finely. (We don't want huge chunks of garlic burning your mouth)
  2. Take the thyme leaves and mince it through the garlic and add into the softened butter. And season.
  3. Spread it onto the slices of baguette and wrap it in foil and put in the oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes. 
  4. Open the foil and let the bread toast for a few minutes and serve!
