Green beans, is probably the most common dish to order when you're out at any restaurant since it's so easily available. Be it with salted egg, or stir fried with garlic and dried shrimp. Definitely a dish to prepare too!
Add lots of garlic as it gives a fragrant smell and of course flavour. Besides that,garlic is good for you!
Just fry the garlic, some shredded carrot and the dried shrimp till fragrant, and then just add in the green beans. Cook them till they change to a vibrant green colour. You could blanch the beans and stir fry them to speed up the cooking process too! Don't forget to season them! But cut down on the salt cause the dry shrimp could be a little salty. So taste as you go :)
