Spaghetti White Sauce with Tuna

There are just so many ways to cook pasta and I think throughout this blog you'll find that we cook pasta in various ways. Pasta is probably the easiest thing to cook especially when you're a student and might come to a dead end thinking about what to cook for dinner. With simple ingredients like milk, tuna and perhaps zucchini you can whip up a quick delicious bowl of pasta.

Ingredients
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 large can of tuna
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
Instructions
  1. Slice the zucchini thinly and pan fry them in some butter and garlic. When the zucchini is half cooked, set aside.
  2. Incorporate some butter and flour in a hot pan to make a roux. Add a cup of milk and stir continuously. (At this stage don't add salt and pepper yet! Your tuna may be salty enough)
  3. Add the zucchini into the sauce and add the chunks of tuna. Stir well. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Turn of the fire and add the spaghetti to the sauce. Mix gently until spaghetti is coated with sauce.
I know right, that's just too easy! Great for a quick meal!
Cook the zuchinni in the sauce.
Add in the chunks of tuna.
Add the spaghetti and mix gently until spaghetti is coated with sauce.
Serve when hot and enjoy (:
