Savoury Puff Pastry

As promised, a savoury puff pastry. It's filled with cheese and a spicy meat floss and an egg yolk.

Get a square piece of puff pastry and place as much cheese as you want in the center of the square and place the yolk on top followed by the spicy meat floss. egg wash the sides and bring the bottom and top together and pinch the sides together. When you seal it up brush the top with the egg wash and put it in the oven at 180 degrees till golden brown.
The egg yolk is a little overcooked but it still tastes delicious! The spiciness from the floss goes well with the cheese and the yolk. It's a weird combination but as Drew Barrymore once said "If you don't take risks, you'll have a wasted soul."
