- 200g tuna in olive oil
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- spring onion finely chopped
- salt and white pepper
- olive oil from the canned tuna
- Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, spring onion, olive oil, salt and pepper. If the mixture is a little dry, add more olive oil.
- Spread the mixture on to some bread and top it off with cheese.
- Put under a broiler or toaster oven till the cheese has melted and the bread has crisped slightly.
